John is a partner at Novare Pay Consulting and joined the firm in 2018. John previously worked at TruePoint, where he in the role as consultant focused on organizational performance. During his studies, he also worked at Graphensic AB, where he served as CFO during their start-up phase. John has broad expertise advising remuneration committees in long-term incentive programs and pay strategies.

John holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Bocconi University and Linköping University.
