Johanna is a partner at Novare Pay Consulting and joined the firm in 2015 as one of the first employees. She specializes in compensation strategy, with a particular interest in pay-related corporate governance topics and incentives linked to ESG development. Johanna acts as an advisor and speaker on ESG-related incentives and serves as an integration specialist in M&A processes involving remuneration.

Johanna has dual M.Sc. degrees in Economics and Management of Technology & Innovation and Management of Innovation & Business Development from Bocconi University and Copenhagen Business School, along with a B.Sc. in Business & Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
