Our heritage
Novare Pay Consulting was founded by our CEO Erika Andersson and Novare in 2015, but our legacy goes back longer than that.
Novare was founded in 2001 by Fredrik Hillelson and the Wallenberg investment company, Investor AB. The purpose was to provide HR support to Investor’s portfolio companies.
Even though Novare is no longer a shareholder in Novare Pay Consulting, we maintain a tight relationship and both companies leverage on our broad combined market platform.
