Erika co-founded Novare Pay Consulting with Andreas Lauritzen and the Novare Group in 2015. She began specializing in remuneration during her studies and has since worked as a consultant at Strive Advisory, Aon Hewitt, and McLagan in London. Erika has over ten years of experience advising clients on remuneration-related questions. She is a spokesperson in media and frequently hosts seminars and lectures.

Erika holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Stockholm and Auckland University.
