Andreas is a co-founder of Novare Pay Consulting. He was previously the CEO of Aon Hewitt in the Nordics after they acquired Strive Advisory AB, a consulting company he founded in 2012. Before that, he gained global compensation and benefits experience from Watson Wyatt as a leader in their Executive Compensation practice, first in Stockholm and later in Hong Kong.

Andreas holds an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Stockholm.
