Albert is a partner at Novare Pay Consulting and joined the firm in 2019. He has extensive experience working with clients in transition and growth phases (IPOs, M&As, restructurings, and international expansions). He has expertise in advising boards and executive management teams on aligning business strategy with compensation. Albert is based out of Novare Pay’s London office.

Albert holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Information Systems from Suffolk University.
